Naruto x Boruto Ninja Voltage  

 

 

Players can collect and power up 20 shinoabi from the Naruto universe. Unlike many gacha games, collecting heroes is not a major part of Ninja Voltage, heroes are easily obtained by playing the game. Instead this is a game that focuses on finding, equipping, and powering up ninja cards. Cards can be obtained through the game’s gacha summoning mechanic and by completing single player missions. Create your very own fortress, then attack rival fortresses! Defend your base with strategic and deadly traps while you raid enemy bases with your friends for resources and honor. All your favorite characters are joining the battle, including Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, and Sakura Haruno from NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, along with Boruto Uzumaki. It’s actually really easy to unlock new shinobi, as I was able to get my hands on enough Hero Fragments to have a roster of 10 characters after playing for just a couple of hours. Instead, the rarer resource is actually ninja cards, which can be assigned to any character but work best for the ones depicted on them. 

You take control of one Naruto character with up to three others backing you up. The controls are a standard thumbstick and button combo, and while the action isn’t super precise, it is frantic and mostly satisfying. There are two core gameplay components in Ninja Voltage, offense and defense. The characters in Naruto X Boruto are not obtained through gacha, but by collecting fragments of each character. The character fragment can be obtained from the dropped items of certain quests in the game, and until now the number of characters is still fairly small. If you register earlier, you will get a set of Boruto Uzumaki to be able to use it right from the beginning of the game. On offense, players take a team of 4 of their strongest shinobi and take on fortresses filled with traps and enemies. These can be the fortresses of other players in the game’s PVP mode, or fortresses made by the AI in the game’s other modes. 

 

 

The battles largely play out in the same way, players control their primary character using a virtual joystick and attack buttons while attacking whatever is in their way. The other 3 characters are controlled by the AI.Defense has two components, village building and the fortress. Village building lets players level up their base and 4 other buildings so that they produce and store more resources. The fortress component lets players set up their fortress in case enemies try to invade. Players have their choice of fortress layouts and configurations as well as which shinobi spawn in which locations. If attacked, players will be notified of whether the enemy successfully penetrated their defenses. Position traps and the Shinobi that you've trained to protect your village from other players' attacks, all while creating your very own ultimate fortress! This game also has a Story Mode that starts from when Naruto returns to the village of Konoha and the first rehearsals with Kakashi and Sakura. Because starting from this point, the appearance of Boruto and Sarada seemed strange because at that time the two ninjas are not yet born in this world.
